In the vibrant setting of Nuernberg Central Station, we had the opportunity in 2023 to completely redesign the Pommesfreunde location. In a place where travelers, commuters, and visitors meet every day, a modern and highly functional food service space was created within just a few weeks—meeting the highest standards in both design and technical execution.

Scope of works:
As part of the fit-out and interior project, we coordinated and delivered all works from start to finish:
• Installation of a dust protection wall to ensure a clean and secure working environment during ongoing station operations
• Professional dismantling of existing furniture and tiles
• Reconstruction of the floor, including screed works and installation of high-quality tiles
• Installation of furniture
• Execution of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration works
• Precise coordination of all trades to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process

The central location within the main station brought specific logistical challenges. Material deliveries had to be precisely scheduled, storage space used efficiently, and all workflows closely coordinated with ongoing public transport operations. Limited time windows and the high footfall required careful planning and flexible execution on site.

This project is a strong example of reliable, solution-oriented delivery under demanding conditions, with a clear focus on quality and attention to detail.
