Napules Pizza

In February 2025, we successfully completed the Napules Pizza project in Cologne. Located in a highly frequented city centre area, a modern food concept was delivered within a tightly scheduled programme, combining functionality, efficiency and a clear design language.

The central, high-footfall location posed specific challenges in terms of logistics, coordination and construction sequencing. At the same time, the ambitious timeline required structured project management and maximum efficiency across all phases. Through clear processes and close coordination between all trades, we ensured on-time delivery.
