High-quality interior fit-out of a premium retail store in central Frankfurt.

we delivered the complete interior fit-out for the new Hackett store in a prime location in Frankfurt. Handed over on March 19th and opened just days later, the project reflects Hackett’s global retail concept while meeting the highest standards in execution, speed, and quality.

Executed within a tight construction window, including the Christmas period, the project required precise coordination across all trades and seamless management of complex technical interfaces.

Scope of works:
• Turnkey interior fit-out including drywall construction (walls, ceilings, 6 m feature bulkhead)
• Suspended gypsum ceiling
• Complete electrical works incl. lighting and data cabling
• Coordination of sprinkler, HVAC, fire alarm and building systems
• Sanitary works incl. connections for barber shop and kitchenette
• Raised floor and parquet installation
• Millwork support and interface coordination
• Logo installation and final technical integration
• Final cleaning incl. complex façade glazing

A key technical challenge was the high density of existing ceiling installations across around 50% of the space. To ensure proper sprinkler installation, drycon engineered a custom steel grid structure, creating new suspension points where direct fixing was not feasible.
