Ralph Lauren Home – KaDeWe Berlin

drycon was commissioned to support the realization of the new Ralph Lauren Home space inside Berlin’s iconic KaDeWe department store. The project involved extensive interior works carried out in close coordination with the client and their installation team.

Our scope included the full hoarding setup, demolition of ceilings, floors, and screed sanding, as well as construction works including flooring, latexing, ceiling installation with integrated electrics, parquet flooring, wall linings, and painting. We were also responsible for the millwork preparation, ensuring seamless coordination for the furniture installation (executed by Ralph Lauren), and concluded the project with hoarding removal and cleaning upon completion.

The result: a refined retail environment reflecting the sophisticated essence of the Ralph Lauren brand, realized within a very limited timeline through precise planning and efficient execution.
